Before you pay.
Can I try BeSends before paying?
Yes. Pick the free 7-day trial and the account is created as you start — a small credit on all three channels, no card and no verification code before you are in.
Can I pay in taka?
Yes. Customers in Bangladesh see both prices and can pay in taka at checkout; cards are charged in USD by our merchant of record, who handles local tax.
Do I send from my own WhatsApp number?
You can: scan the QR from the panel and your number is the sender. You can also start on a BeSends number and switch later. Corporate and Enterprise carry three and ten numbers.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Package credits roll over on Corporate and Enterprise. Credits you buy on their own are valid for 12 months, custom packages for 30 days, and your package credits are always spent before them so nothing you bought expires early.
What if a message does not arrive?
A message the route refuses is marked failed and its credit comes back to you. For pilotOTP, a code that reaches no channel at all is not charged.
Is my payment secure?
Card payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, on a PCI DSS Level 1 platform — card details never reach our servers. Local payments are verified by our team and your package is activated on approval. Every page is served over TLS.
Is there a refund?
Every purchase carries a 14-day refund on request. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
